This
subsidiary was formed in January 2004 and is wholly
owned by The 13th Regional. It is a union contractor
specializing in private and government electrical projects.
It is managed by Terry Holt, who has over 18 year experience
as an electrical contractor. It is 8(a) certified and
SDB certified. AEC was awarded a 6.2 million dollar
subcontract for the Seattle Light Link project that
is managed by the Department of Transportation (DOT)
and the general is a very large contractor, PCL. AEC
was recently awarded an 8(a) contract at the Bremerton
Naval Shipyard.
